B.F.A.S.T. Program

The SPT B.F.A.S.T. Program is a teaching system designed to develop athleticism through organized and structured coaching/teaching sessions.

This program takes place in a group format with a student-athlete to coach ratio of 5-8 to 1. This allows our staff to coach and instruct each athlete appropriately, even in a small group format. We also offer this small group format to offer our student-athlete's the scheduling flexibility to ensure consistent, organized, and structured coaching/teaching opportunities thus creating long term success.

Simmons Performance Training Inc., has developed SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness) into a comprehensive package designed to enhance the sport specific needs of the athlete. These training methods improve physical performance in all sports through better preparation of the athlete for the demands of competition.
